RLM Registration

Use this form to request membership for referrals.  To receive RLM pay, you must sell 5 direct sales and $50 will be taken from commissions or you may select the $29 annual Optional Administration Fee in order to waive the $50 from commissions and personal sale requirements. The $29 fee allows you to participate in profit share points at a reduced rate without any purchases. The RLM pays 10 levels with NO purchase required.

Please note.  We use your 10 digit phone number for the ID in our system.  This makes it easy to refer without any feedback from the company.  Since more than one person could use the same phone number please add a single digit extension for your ID.  Use this extension when you refer someone.  If you do not include the extension we will automatically use 0 and that may not be you!  Some international need 11 digits for their phone. Once a customer enters the organization, we can never - ever move them.  Don't even ask.  The computer is in control and places the next customer by date and time.  Use a ten digit phone number plus the extra digit.

Orders will not be accepted without a valid referral ID.

Please make every effort to enter accurate referral information since it cannot be changed once entered. If you do not have a valid sponsor you will not receive referral pay. Also your email is part of your registration so use the correct one.
